Almond Florentine Cookies


  • 1 egg white
  • cooking oil, powdered sugar, all purpose flour 1:0.5:1
  • Pinch of salt to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
  2. Scoop 1 teaspoon full of mixture and drop it on a baking sheet one at a time, leave 2 inches in between each drop. The mixture should flatten into a thin round disk.
  3. Place sliced almond pieces on top of each drop.
  4. Bake in oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
