Baked Pumpkin Seeds




  1. Wash the pumpkin seeds to remove the pumpkin pulp.
  2. Drain and put in a bowl.
  3. Marinate with salt and Chinese five spice powder for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven at 200°F.
  5. Lay the seeds on a baking sheet, for even baking, and try not to overlay the seeds.
  6. Bake until the seeds are golden brown, which is about 30 minutes.
  7. Cool for 30 minutes and enjoy.
