Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Cranberries 12 oz
  • White sugar < 1/2 cup
  • Honey as desired
  • Water 1 cup

Directions:

  1. Pour water and sugar/honey in a saucepan
  2. Bring the water and sugar mixture to a boil
  3. Add cranberries and return to a boil
  4. Mix well
  5. Reduce heat and boil for 10 minutes
  6. Smash with a spoon
  7. Pour into a bowl
  8. Let cool
  9. Store in refrigerator
