- 3 to 4 slices of fish filet
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of mint and lime wine
- 5 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of dried minced cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 cup of cooking oil
- Mix olive oil, mint and lime wine, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Coat the fish filets in flour.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large sauté pan.
- Sauté the fish filets until golden brown.
- Remove and pour sauce over.
- Serve after 5 minutes.
