Fish Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2 Tsp
  • Starch 1 Tsp
  • Vinegar Tsp
  • White sugar 1/2 Tsp
  • Water as desired

Directions:

  1. Mix all well in a bowl
  2. The sauce can be added to meat/vegetables at the end of stir-fry, stir it well with what’s in the saucepan before taking them out to a serving plate
