Our vegetable garden is doing extremely well this year. I may pickle the extra cucumber for consuming later. What should I do with all these squashes? I need research to find a good way to preserve them.
The green peppers are getting bigger:

Last but not least, asparagus and okra:
We can’t harvest asparagus this year because they need to grow roots. I can’t wait for next summer to have our own fresh asparagus.
I’m thinking of adding more raised beds next year for more tomatoes, yeap, I love tomatoes besides they are expensive, so it makes sense to grow a lot of it and preserve the excess.
