Orange Marmalade



  • 6 oranges
  • Sugar to taste
  • Honey to taste


  1. Wash the oranges well.
  2. Peel them with a knife as thin as possible, like an apple.
  3. Cut the skin into thin strings and put aside.
  4. Separate the orange sections and remove the membrane and any seeds.
  5. Place the fruit and its juices into a bowl.
  6. Place sugar in a pot.
  7. Add 2 teaspoons of water into the pot and bring to a boil.
  8. Add in the orange skin.
  9. After it boils, turn the stove to low, and make sure it is still bubbling.
  10. Cook for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  11. Add in the content of the bowl and bring to a boil.
  12. Turn the stove to low.
  13. Cook for 30 minutes, while stirring occasionally and until most of the liquid has evaporated
  14. Remove from the stove.
  15. Cool down.
  16. Stir honey into the mixture.
  17. Serve and enjoy
