Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of pumpkin pulp purée
  • 1.5 cups of dried milk powder
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 of teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons of pumpkin spice
  • Pie shell

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Beat all ingredients in a food processor.
  3. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the temp to 350°F and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Cool for 2 hours.
  5. Cut and serve.
