- 18:46 Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for [one’s] hope.
I agree with the wealth part. Not so sure about the children part. Everyone should do good regardless of reward.
- 18:54 And We have certainly diversified in this Qur’an for the people from every [kind of] example; but man has ever been, most of anything, [prone to] dispute.
I can’t help but laugh at the second part, so true.
