Stir Fried Fish Filet


  • Fish Filets
  • Curry as desired
  • Freshly grounded black pepper
  • Salt as desired
  • Cooking oil
  • Sesame oil as desired
  • Tomato diced
  • Cabbage cut into thin strings
  • Cilantro diced


  1. Heat a saucepan up on high
  2. Drizzle with cooking oil
  3. Pour fish filets in and cook both sides until not raw
  4. Add the vegetables
  5. Add curry, salt and black pepper, drizzle with sesame oil
  6. Stir well until vegetables are cooked
  7. Place on a plate and serve
