Today, I practiced Dandasana (staff pose), Baddha Konasana (bound angle pose), frog pose, Adho Mukha Svanasana (down dog), Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (up dog), high lunges, frog on back, Tadasana (mountain pose), Virabhadrasana (warrior poses), and Trikonasana (triangular pose). The work is mental as well. The hard part is to let it go, let it be, surrender, follow your body and to explore what it can do. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. It was a good way to start out the day.
