YuXiang RouSi


  • Cucumber or Green pepper or Bamboo shoots, cut into thin strings/slivers
  • Wood ear mushroom wash well and cut into thin strings/slivers
  • Carrots cut into thin strings/slivers
  • Tenderloin of any kind of meat cut to thin strings/slivers
  • Garlic diced
  • Ginger diced
  • Green onion diced
  • Cooking oil
  • Sriracha sauce or any kind of hot pepper sauce as desired
  • Salt as desired
  • Sauce:
    1. Any kind of starch
    2. Wine as desired
    3. Soy sauce as desired
    4. Sesame oil as desired
    5. Honey lemon juice as desired


  1. Heat a saucepan up on high
  2. Drizzle with cooking oil
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green onion and Sriracha sauce when oil is very warm
  4. Stir well
  5. Add meat, stir until meat is not raw
  6. Add carrots, stir well
  7. Add wood ear, stir well
  8. Add salt
  9. Add cucumber
  10. Stir well
  11. Mix sauce well and pour into saucepan
  12. Stir well until the sauce is evenly coated
  13. Place on a plate and enjoy
